Users in India are reportedly getting a message from Telegram saying that the price of a subscription has dropped from 469 to 179. In every other market, it costs between $4.99 and $6 per month to subscribe to the app. The app’s settings are where you can see the new prices.

Telegram recently told its users about a bunch of new features they can use. The social messaging app has added Status emoji, Infinite reactions, an easier way to log in, and other features. Some of these features can be used by anyone. While others can only be used by Premium members. Telegram Premium users will soon be able to update their status with animated emoji.

This custom status will replace the Premium Badge in the chat list, on your profile, and in groups. Premium users will be able to choose from seven standard statuses whose colours change to match different Telegram themes or from an infinite number of custom emoji. The company has changed how the reaction panel is made so that it can expanded.

The app will also put a user’s most-used reactions at the top. Premium Telegram users can choose from an endless number of custom emoji to show how they feel. Users can add up to three replies to each message. At the moment, these changes to reactions can seen in groups and 1-on-1 chats.
