In an interview with GSMArena, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth said that Realme will enter new consumer categories in H2 2022. And debut at least four new products in India. This will also feature a sub-Rs 15,000 5G smartphone, which Madhav Sheth describes as a “much-needed addition. Particularly ahead of India’s 5G rollout, which is due in the second half of 2022.”
Realme 10 series
Realme India’s CEO also said that the business would enter 2-3 new categories in the “consumer durable category. He promised the magazine that more information would be given soon. Furthermore, Relame smartphone shipments will smoother in the second half of 2022. As the worldwide problem of chipset scarcity begins to subside.
The chipset scarcity hovered over the company’s head throughout the launch of the Realme 9 series like the mythological sword of Damocles.
