Apple Valley shooting: One person killed, and two others were injured; the victim’s son is in custody.

Update: The woman’s son who was shot and killed in Apple Valley shooting on Sunday night has been taken into custody.

In an update on Monday, Apple Valley Police said that when officers went to the 900 block of Oriole Drive just before 6:30 p.m. They found a 49-year-old woman dead with a gun in her hand.

The son went to the hospital to get care, and when he done, the police took him into custody.

Also, the police think that a car that drove away from the scene went to M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. More updates may found at stoptechy.com

The ex-boyfriend shot and taken to the hospital. As of Monday morning, he was in serious condition.

Apple Valley police said they don’t think anyone else was involved in the shooting. Also helping with the case is the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

The Apple Valley Police Department has shared some early details about a shooting. That happened Sunday night and killed one person and hurt another.

In the 900 block of Oriole Drive, just before 6:30 p.m., police called to a call about weapons.

When the police arrived, they found that I had shot two people, and one of them had died.

The police haven’t said how the person who taken to the hospital doing.

A neighbor next door tells 5 Eyewitness News that two bullets hit his window and that there was a shootout.

“This is the other hole, and a piece of wood is sitting in it. “Both of these windows open, so it’s hard to believe that it hit right there,” one neighbor said. “My son wasn’t there at the time, but boy, that could have changed in a hurry.

He also says that one of the people shot was a woman who lived next door to him. He saw a champagne-colored SUV leave the scene.

On their Facebook page, Apple Valley Police wrote the following:

“Our department is just starting to look into this. We will work with our law enforcement partners to share more details as they become available. I appreciate your patience. Please stay away from the area where the shooting occurred so that the scene carefully cleaned up.”
